Job Brief
- As an HR & Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- You will support management and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
Responsibilities
- Perform day to day HR related tasks responsibly
- Provide clerical and administrative support
- Maintain employees records properly
- Manage the recruitment process which involves scheduling of the interviews and coordination with them
- Assist in promotion of the job openings on various social media platforms
- Handle the employees requests related to companies rules and regulations
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)
- Assist in handling complaints and grievance procedures
- Conduct welcome orientation of newly hired employees
Requirements
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration or a related subject
- Excellent verbal & written communication skill
- Ability to multi-task & work independently with little direction
- Hard-working, determined and result-oriented
- Proven HR related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
