We are a pioneer in children’s furniture in Pakistan looking to hire an experienced Sales / Business Development Manager to support our fast growing business.

In this role, your main goal will be to expand our schools network and clientele as well as to maintain the relationships with our existing portfolio.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Identifying new potential clients and contacting them via email/phone/video platforms to establish rapport and set up meetings.


• B2B meetings with potential and dormant customers to prospect for new business.


• Ability to create and achieve sales targets. Create reports on progress and targets.


• Manage client relationships, follow up and develop customer specific solutions.


• Develop marketing and sales materials and execute marketing and communication activities.


• Participation in conferences and exhibitions.

Desired skills and experience:

• A university degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing or Business Communication.


• A minimum of 5 years experience in sales/business development [ideally in the furniture industry or within education].


• Experience with creating pricing proposals and negotiating terms and managing the order process.


• Ability and willingness to be on the move most of the time.


• Driving license and access to own vehicle.


• Proficiency in English is a prerequisite, proficiency in any other languages is preferred.
