JOB DESCRIPTION AREAS:

• PABX Configuration networking setting up and manage telephony related areas;
• Email Configuration, Email forwarder, outlook & live mail configurations; 
• Domain Hosting management of websites which should be ssl secured;
• SQL Server Management, Maintenance and handling
• To keep the log for maintenance of the computers installed and assuring that all PCs are in working order;
• Switches and Routers services and network security is a must;
• Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software and peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications;
• Oversee the daily performance of computer systems, scanners, network work, CCTV cameras, DVR security system, printers and Bio metric machine.
• Set up equipment for staff use, performing or ensuring proper installation of network operating systems and appropriate software.
• Refer major hardware or software problems or defective products to vendors or technician for service.
• Prepare evaluations of software or hardware and suggest innovative measures and recommend improvement or upgrades.
• Maintain and keep all backup data to file servers.
• Maintain and update the website and fb page frequently and whenever required.
• Prepare and maintain inventory database system monthly basis.
• Maintenance of websites and Customization of websites
• Manage all social media pages, LinkedIn and Facebook etc.
• Prepare and maintain digital security system to protect our network against improper use.
• Provide technical assistance and support to all staff to make reports and other documents.
• To initiate, coordinate and update systems and procedures related to IT.
