| Job Description: |
Design, develop, and maintain APIs using Laravel.
- Write and maintain clean, well-written PHP code and create documentation conforming to standards.
- Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve API performance problems.
- Work collaboratively with others on a diverse team.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience with Laravel and API development.
- Excellent knowledge of MVC and Object-Oriented PHP.
- Must have hands-on experience with complex MySQL queries and database management.
- Familiarity of relational databases and optimizing for performance
- Experience developing and working with APIs.
- Solid understanding of the full web technology stack (e.g. cookies, asset loading, caching).
- Understanding of “session management” in a distributed server environment
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and professionally
- Strong understanding of infrastructure and scalability
- Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Project planning and issue management
- Strong time management and organizational capabilities
- Bonus (have worked with): GraphQL, NodeJs, AWS, Shopify API
