The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into Lead.
Remuneration Package & Shift timings:
- Basic salary: 20000 basic and earn upto 60000/month
- Shift Details: Monday – Friday 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
- Saturday & Sunday (Off)
Responsibilities
- Agents will be calling the clients to generate the leads.
- Communicating with customers and talking about their auto, health and home insurance.
- Providing knowledgeable answers to questions.
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Data entry in various platforms
Qualifications
- At least 1 - 3 years of Call center experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
