Job Description: |
The Digital Advertising Specialist is responsible for setting up, optimizing, and reporting on digital advertising campaigns for a US digital marketing agency.
- This position is primarily focused on paid search ads within the Google, Bing, and Facebook advertising platforms.
- Campaigns will also include retargeting, display, and video ads.
- This position includes 20% strategy, budget allocation, team communication, and 80% hands-on research, implementation, optimization, and reporting on campaigns.
- Looking for an individual contributor who can work seamlessly with the in-house team.
- We are looking to place you as a Marketing Assistant with an amazing digital marketing agency/ small business based in US and Canada.
- Permanent Full-time Position 45 hours per week.
- Starting salary is Rs 50,000 – Rs 70,000.
- Your English skills are important as you will be communicating with clients over the phone and zoom.
- Our ideal candidate has an extremely clean accent with perfect spoken and written English.
In this role you will:
The essential functions of this Specialist position include the following:
- Setup and ongoing optimization and management of PPC/Digital Advertising campaigns.
- Management of ad budgets, A/B testing ad creatives, keyword research, setting up audiences, and optimizing for conversions and KPIs.
- Analysis of campaign data and reporting on recommendations and strategy on a monthly basis.
- Ability to communicate professionally on agency calls and via email.
- Actively collaborate with content, marketing, and other internal teams to align digital advertising campaigns with other ongoing initiatives.
- Ensure implementation of best practice guidelines and follow company processes.
- Must be a team player that is also comfortable working independently.
- A driven, forward-thinking individual with the ability to come up with creative digital advertising solutions.
- Experience or interest in real estate is a plus.
The skills/qualifications we are looking for:
- Minimum of 2 years of Google Ads account management experience required.
- Minimum of 2 years of Facebook Ads account management experience required.
- Knowledge of Retreating/Remarketing, Display, and Rich Media/Video Advertising.
- Knowledge of SEO, online search mediums, and social media and an understanding of how all of these channels work together with advertising is a plus.
- Podio CRM system deployment and integration experience.
Bonus points:
- Experience with Bing/ Microsoft Ads.
- Experience with Shopping/ PLA.
- Experience with Amazon Ads.
- Google Analytics Experience.

- You have to be loud and outgoing for this job.
- You have to be willing to work US business hours (8 am - 5 pm) PKT
- This is a work from home position with the following prerequisites:
- Have a 15 Mb/s minimum internet connection.
- Have a dedicated and comfortable workspace inside your house with no interruptions.
- Have a backup power source UPS, Generator, etc.
