Design Graphics assigned by team leader·

• Develop concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites· 
• Update the existing graphics on regular basis· 
• Brainstorm/proffer ideas applicable to organization for upgradation and improvement·
•  Assist and motivate teams of art illustrators, designers etc. to help them use their talents effectively·
• Conduct creative sessions to generate ideas· 
• Revise content and presentations on periodical basis·
• Train and guide subordinates to think out of the box attractive designs/graphics· 
• Monitor results of team efforts and suggest viable options for the future·
• Maintain a proper record of tasks assigned/completed· 
• Observe the rules and policies of the organization

Requirements include:

• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus· 
• Proven graphic designing experience·
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics·  
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as adobe complete family and 3D software)·   
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details·   
• Excellent communication skills·  
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
