- Daily Operations Daily Aging Report.
- Supervising Daily Follow up of Going to Block Dealers.
- Data Sharing with Sales team
- Collection Report card Sharing.
- Weekly Collection Card sharing with Sales Staff Agt.
- KPI Targets.
- Monthly KPI Collection Targets Setting.
- New Dealers Registration + Re-Activation follow up.
- Preparation of AR Policies on Instructions of Management.
- Maintenance of Dealer's Mou Records and Policies.
- Follow up of rebate applications from Sales and management.
Order:
- Price = (Monthly update in SAP)
- Orders Checking ( Price Discount, credit situation)
- Buying =Invoice Print & OD checking
AR/OD:
- AR Collection= (Target, follow up, confirmation, clearance)
- OD = ( Follow payment plan)
- Reconciliation ( Quarterly, Send Letter for confirmation , collection in bank and difference )
