-Getting assigned with the leads by the company 

- Calling, Reaching Out, Pitching and coordinating with Clients related to the Project 

- Scheduling visits of the Clients and meetings with the Senior Management 

- Following up with the leads and converting Cold leads into Semi Warm and Semi Warm into Warm leads 

- Office Administration including Client's payments, coordination with Accounts and Admin department 

- Meeting the Sales Targets   

Requirements 

- A good Sales Personality 

- Prior Sales and/or Real Estate Sales experience would be preferred 

- Pick and Drop option  is also available only for females on an official designated Van where other females use this facility too

- Residence/Accommodation can be considered too 

- Good Interpersonal skills  - Good Accent and Sales Pitch 

- General Knowledge about Real Estate and Investments 

- Prior Work Experience preferably in Sales 

- PLUS 1% commission on Sales Price (4.5 M - 1 Crore worth products). Commission can be earned much much more than the base salary. - 11 Am - 7 PM is the timings 

- No educational preference unless the above criteria are met
