•  B.COM/M.COM atleast and experience will be prefered   

 Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to:       

•  General ledger       
•  Month and end-year process,       
•  Accounts payable/receivable       
•  General ledger       
•  Payroll and utilities       
•  Budgeting       
•  Cash forecasting       
•  Revenue and expenditure variance analysis       
•  Capital assets reconciliations       
•  Trust account statement reconciliations,       
•  Fixed asset activity   
•  Monitor and analyse accounting data and produce financial reports or statements   
•   Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles   
•  Coordinate and complete annual/semi-annual audits   
•  Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions   
•  Assign tasks to the Accounts team while ensuring compliance and accuracy of data/work done   
•   Meet financial accounting objectives
