The main responsibilities of Business Development Executive are mentioned below:
- Oversee the promotion of project sales on social media
- Meet with prospects and clients
- Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and pitch them project sale accordingly
- Oversee the preparation and approval of project related documents
- Coordinate the closing of project sale to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received
- Oversee arrangements to give prospective buyers the view of a project before closing sale
- Conduct the inspection of a project to ensure the terms and conditions of sales are met before closing sale.
- Provide periodic reports to Manager Sales on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems.
- Conduct surveys to identify price of competing projects.
- Monitor the real estate development market to identify individuals with interest in current and upcoming projects.
- Maintain contact with clients to have opening to discuss future business prospects
