Job Description:

We are looking for CSR for evening and night shifts

  • Maintain a high standard Customer Service.

  • Responsible for deal with customers directly or through application portal

  • Able to track deliveries through application GPRS

  • Get customer feedback on daily basis 

  • Able to use Google maps

  • Able to effectively manage and communicate with delivery teams and drivers.

  • Able to successfully record number of deliveries 

  • Excellent English written and verbal Skills.
