Job Overview:

• We are looking for a Trainee to assist our processing department in managing the portfolio of clients.

Responsibilities:

• Providing high standard advice on migration and visa matters to prospects & clients
• Proactively & regularly advising on and promoting our services over the telephone and via email
• Providing support to clients on any issues, they may have and maintaining current client and potential client relationships
•  Keep clients regularly informed of the progress of their application;
• Assist Case Processing Manager in handling their portfolio

Requirements:

•  Fluent in both English and Urdu
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Good presentation skills and should be a positive mind and ability to face clients.
• Bachelors degree
