The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into Leads.
Remuneration Package & Shift timings:
- Basic salary: 25,000 + Commission+ Daily Bonus
- Earn Up to 100,000
- Shift Details: Monday – Friday 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM
- Saturday & Sunday (Off)
Responsibilities
- Agents will be cold calling the clients to generate the leads.
- Communicate with customers via system dialer.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions.
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Data entry in various platforms
Qualifications
- Fluent in English
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Minimum 1 year of Call center and Telesales Experience
