Job Description:

Recruitment & Selection:

  • Use different platform for recruiting employee like LinkedIn, Newspaper and rozee.pk.
  • Tap people according to our job description & ensure candidates' skills and abilities through initially screening calls.
  • Arrange interview & coordinate with the candidate related his / her availability.
  • Issue the “Offer Letter” for final selected candidate & make necessary arrangements in coordination with admin for the newcomers before joining.
  • After the Joining of the newcomer, prepare to arrange orientation program, properly attach HR forms & employee testimonials & run the onboarding process.
  • Posting of New Joining Information in ERP.
  • On monthly basis prepare the employee report for the end of the Probation Period.

Performance Management:

  • On recommendations of HOD’s, prepare the list of employees for confirmation details for acquiring approval from Management.
  • Activation of Confirmation & Provident Fund status on ERP.
  • Provide assistance for processing Re-Designation, Promotion, Transfer and Special Increment cases on prescribed format.
  • Provide assistance in annual performance management process.
  • Prepare Personnel letters as per approval from Management.

Final Settlement of Ex-Employees:

  • Receive the resignation from employee, processing the handing & taking over & arrange exit interview.
  • Posting of monthly resigned of employees in ERP & prepare the Monthly resigned list for payroll processing.
  • Verifies the documents received for processing the final settlements. Make sure that all the documents are properly attached as per requirements including Provident Fund ledger.

Health Insurance Policy & Health Insurance Claims:

  • Prepare below mentioned monthly reports for insurance company & forward to Manager HR for review then forward it to insurance company.
  • Monthly New Activation, Monthly Addition of Dependents, Up-gradation of employees, Monthly De-Activation of Insurance Policy
  • Monthly reconcile insurance addition & deletion & handover the insurance cards to concern departments.
  • Provide assistance for processing health insurance claims.
