1. Maintain suitable work environment and ensure equipment, facilities in good working condition. Also, ensure work area is kept clean and orderly.

2.    Supervise all staff of the warehouse and manage their duties as per work load and job description.

3.    Ensure access to warehouse premise is strictly for those authorized personnel only

4.   Inspect packing & physical conditions of all shipments/cargo received at warehouse and report to warehouse manager if any sign of damage or pilferage found.

5.    Responsible for accurate and secure maintenance of physical inventory.

6.    Responsible to stack equipment zone wise and ensure zone wise traceability.

7.    Responsible for tracking and coordinating with TCC for all inbound shipments.

8.    Ensure on time handing over of accurate equipment to SDS.

9. Responsible for timely availability of Material Handling equipment such as fork lifter, crane & hand trolleys.

Provide assistance to conducting scheduled and surprise stock counts.
