Scope:

We are looking for a dynamic individual who is not only proficient in accounting and finance but also can facilitate in other areas as well; other areas being IT, Marketing, Data Analyst and Record keeping.

Duties:

• Perform financial management duties including generating financial data, compiling and submitting reports, analyzing industry trends and assessing the financial health of the company.
• Oversee the operations and development of the companys finance departments including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.
• Develop comprehensive monthly business reporting that delivers timely and actionable insights.
• Core functions of this role will include supporting the Month and Quarter close, forecast, pacing and annual operating plan, including cost control.
• Manage creation and standardization of reporting to align with cross total business needs.
• Supervise the documentation of the companys financial status and forecasts.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for the marketing organization, in partnership with Marketing Leadership and Head of Marketing Operations.
• Compile and publish key metrics and KPIs to provide transparency and help inform and support marketing initiatives, inclusive of forecasts and ROI metrics.
• Evolve financial tracking and reporting structure to align with the organizations strategic direction and provide transparency and single source of truth.
• This includes providing actionable analysis to help business partners gain key insights into spend.
• Assist and guide in print marketing and content writing.
• Propose cost effective marketing tools.
• Lead financial process such as month-end reporting, variance analysis, forecasting, annual budgeting planning.
• Communicate and report financial results and key drivers across the business through concise and effective presentations.
• Provide thought leadership on our go-to-print marketing model and analyze various marketing channels to help us grow responsibly and in line with strategic goals.
• Identify and lead initiatives to continuously improve, automate, and scale forecasting and reporting tools, processes, and methodologies

Qualifications:

• Proven knowledge of financial analysis and strategy
• Minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Masters degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations and industry legislation
