·         Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization.

·         Preparation of Advertisements for publication in local Newspaper & Website

·         Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.

·         Conduct on campus drive in education institutions.

·         Run Apprenticeship program in company.

·         Ensuring all employment documents are complete and filed.

·         Ensuring for issuance of all HR related letters.

·         Employees referral checks.

·         Maintaining Probation Confirmation process.

·         Checking and maintaining headcounts.

·         Preparing of organogram department wise.

·         Maintain CV data base.

·         Prepare Recruitment Report.

·         Conduct Exit Interview sessions.

·         To undertake any other assignment given by Manager HR and / or Higher Management.
