Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and chats/emails from lead/customers.
• Educate customers about the product, understand their requirements, and help them get started with us.
• Test different tactics and channels to optimize sales process.
• Bring feedback from customers and prospects to make our services better.
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

The ideal candidate should have:

• Past experience selling to any kind of businesses over the phone.
• Strong ownership attitude -- you will own the end-to-end sale.
• Interest in learning new things.
• Excellent verbal / written communication skill.
• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Continuously improve through feedback 
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Strong persuasive skills to the international clients.
