Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Junior Sales Officer to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building customer relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate New Business Leads: Identify and generate new business leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and cold calling.

2. Build Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including understanding their needs and providing solutions.

3. Drive Sales Growth: Drive sales growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets and expanding existing customer relationships.

4. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain knowledge of products or services, including features, benefits, and applications.

5. Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit sales reports, including tracking sales performance and identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

2. No experience required: No prior experience required, but recent graduates or those with some sales experience are welcome to apply.

3. Strong communication skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers.

4. Results-driven: Results-driven and motivated, with a focus on achieving sales targets.

5. Basic knowledge of sales principles: Basic knowledge of sales principles and practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with CRM software: Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

2. Knowledge of sales strategies: Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing.

3. Excellent time management skills: Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple customer relationships.
