We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Audit Manager to join our audit team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing audit engagements, managing audit teams, and providing high-quality audit services to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Audit Planning: Plan and execute audit engagements, including developing audit plans, identifying risks, and designing audit procedures.
2. Team Management: Manage audit teams, including assigning tasks, reviewing workpapers, and ensuring timely completion of audit engagements.
3. Audit Execution: Perform audit procedures, including testing, sampling, and analyzing financial data.
4. Reporting: Prepare and review audit reports, including communicating audit findings and recommendations to clients.
5. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including understanding their needs and providing solutions.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Professional certification: Professional certification, such as CPA or ACCA, preferred.
3. 2-3 years of audit experience: 2-3 years of experience in auditing, preferably with a Big Four accounting firm or a reputable audit firm.
4. Strong technical knowledge: Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards, accounting principles, and financial reporting requirements.
5. Leadership skills: Leadership skills, with the ability to manage audit teams and motivate team members.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience with audit software: Experience with audit software, such as ACL or IDEA.
2. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations: Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
3. Excellent communication skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex audit findings to clients.
