| Job Description: |
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of utility crews and technicians.
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of the Generator, Compressor, RO Plant & Cooling Tower, Solar System or energy systems (as applicable).
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
- Schedule and assign preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for inspections, incidents, and system performance.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate utility personnel; promote a culture of safety and accountability.
- Assist with budgeting, procurement, and inventory management.
- Respond to emergencies, outages, and service disruptions.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Mechanical B. Tech Profile.
- 5–8 years of experience (Generator, Compressor, RO Plant, Solar System & Cooling Tower).
- Strong understanding of utility systems, safety practices, and environmental regulations.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies as needed.
