Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Head of Home Appliances Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth in the home appliances market. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, with expertise in home appliances, market analysis, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity

2. Team Management:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and development opportunities
  • Ensure sales teams meet sales targets and performance expectations

3. Product Knowledge:

  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and trends in home appliances
  • Ensure sales teams have in-depth knowledge of products and features

4. Customer Relationships:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them

5. Sales Performance:

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement plans to address sales gaps and drive growth

6. Market Analysis:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
  • Use market insights to inform sales strategies and business decisions

Requirements:

1. Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

2. Experience:

  • Minimum 8-10 years of sales experience in home appliances or related industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

3. Skills:

  • Strong sales leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and drive business decisions

4. Track Record:

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and sales performance in home appliances or the related industry
