| Job Description: |
- Deliver assigned courses as per the faculty workload policy.
- Design and deliver engaging, innovative, and experiential learning experiences.
- Supervise student projects, fieldwork, and internships.
- Assess student performance, maintain academic records, and provide feedback.
- Mentor 15–20 students under the institutional mentoring program.
- Integrate Islamic and ethical values into teaching practices.
- Maintain course content on VLE and required platforms.
- Conduct independent research and publish in peer-reviewed journals.
- Supervise postgraduate research and act as principal investigator on projects.
- Contribute to academic planning, departmental committees, and quality assurance.
- Support attendance monitoring and academic discipline.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of Department
