Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Compliance Manager to ensure sales practices and processes comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales compliance, with expertise in furniture sales, regulatory compliance, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Compliance Oversight:

  • Oversee sales practices and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

  • Identify and mitigate compliance risks

2. Regulatory Compliance:

  • Stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements and industry standards

  • Ensure sales team compliance with regulations

3. Sales Process Review:

  • Review sales processes and procedures to ensure compliance

  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes

4. Training and Support:

  • Provide training and support to sales team on compliance matters

  • Ensure the sales team understands compliance requirements

5. Risk Management:

  • Identify and mitigate compliance risks

  • Develop and implement risk management strategies

Requirements

1. Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field

2. Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales compliance, preferably in furniture sales

3. Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

4. Certifications:

  • Certifications in compliance, risk management, or a related field are desirable
