Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced General Manager of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, with expertise in developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and building customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

2. Sales Team Management:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals

  • Coach, mentor, and develop sales team members to achieve sales targets

3. Customer Relationships:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities

4. Sales Performance:

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics

  • Develop and implement plans to improve sales performance

5. Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer service

  • Ensure alignment and integration of sales strategies with company goals and objectives

Requirements

1. Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

2. Experience:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth

3. Skills:

  • Strong leadership and management skills

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop insights to inform sales strategies

4. Industry Knowledge:

  • Strong knowledge of the industry, including market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
