| Job Description: |
We are looking for a Mid-Level NetSuite Support Specialist to help ensure that the transition is seamless and that our team continues operating at its usual high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day NetSuite support across departments
- Help users adapt to new workflows post-migration from DataCor
- Conduct basic training sessions and assist with onboarding new users
- Resolve system-related issues and escalate complex problems as needed
- Create saved searches, reports, and dashboards for functional teams
- Assist in data validation, imports, and basic configuration
- Work closely with the implementation lead to ensure all systems run smoothly
Requirements
- 2-4 years hands-on experience with ERP (NetSuite preferred)
- Strong understanding of basic supply chain, inventory, or accounting flows
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving attitude
- Proficient in Excel and data manipulation
- Experience supporting users in a fast-paced business environment.
