We’re seeking a results-driven International Sales Associate to join our dynamic call center team. You'll engage with prospective clients in the North American market through cold calls, email campaigns, and lead generation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads via cold calling and email outreach
• Execute targeted email marketing campaigns
• Maintain accurate CRM records of all interactions
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Provide insights on customer trends to refine strategy
• Collaborate with marketing for aligned outreach
• Handle inquiries professionally and efficiently

Qualifications:

• Proven sales and lead generation experience
• Familiarity with CRM and email marketing tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven
• High school diploma required; degree in business or marketing preferred
• Fluency in English; Urdu is a plus

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with B2B or B2C sales is an advantage.
• Fluency in both English and Urdu is preferred.

Expected Remuneration:

• Salary ranging from 60k to 80K basic
