Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of human resources within our organization. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Strategy Development: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.

2. Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement.

3. Recruitment and Talent Management: Oversee recruitment and talent management processes, including talent acquisition, development, and retention.

4. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and manage risk associated with HR-related issues.

5. Benefits and Compensation: Develop and manage benefits and compensation programs that attract and retain top talent.

6. Training and Development: Develop and implement training and development programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2. Experience: 5-7 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on developing and implementing HR strategies.

3. Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

4. Certifications: SHRM-CP or HRCI certification preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in HR Management: Experience in managing HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, and benefits.

2. Knowledge of Labor Laws: Knowledge of labor laws and regulations, including compliance and risk management.

3. Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop HR strategies that align with business objectives.

4. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, including team management and motivation.
