Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

1. Schedule Appointments: Reach out to potential buyers or investors to schedule appointments to view properties or discuss project details.

2. Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, such as phone calls, emails, or social media.

3. Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, answer their queries, and provide project information.

4. Data Management: Update CRM software with lead information, appointment schedules, and follow-up activities.

5. Sales Support: Support the sales team by providing qualified leads and scheduling appointments.

Skills and Qualities

1. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

2. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.

3. Sales Skills: Basic sales skills, persuasion, and negotiation.

4. Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet targets.

5. Product Knowledge: Basic knowledge of the real estate project, its features, and benefits.

Requirements

1. Experience: Prior experience in appointment setting, sales, or customer service.
