Job Description: |
We are rapidly expanding and looking for a highly motivated Corporate Sales Executive to grow our bulk and corporate gifting sales.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure bulk orders from corporate clients, including hotels, airlines, event planners, banks, brands, and large businesses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in industries related to corporate gifting, hospitality, banking, and brand promotions.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase B2B sales and expand corporate partnerships.
- Work closely with management to create customized corporate gifting solutions tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnerships to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Kunafa House’s product line and unique selling points to effectively pitch to clients.

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
- Track all sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress in a structured sales pipeline.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance, leads, and progress toward targets.
- Ensure timely payment collection from corporate clients and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Coordinate bulk orders with the logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth and on-time deliveries.
- Attend corporate networking events, brand activations, business expos, and industry meetups to generate leads and expand our market presence.
- Keep up with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
Requirements:

Proven minimum 2 year experience in corporate sales, preferably in the Events , Catering & gifting.

Experience working as a Sales Executive in sweet brands or dessert businesses is highly preferred.
- Strong PR and existing corporate contacts in relevant fields (hotels, airlines, banks, brands, event planners, and corporate gifting).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- A results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and proactively generate leads.

Strong reporting skills to keep track of sales progress and corporate deals.
- A passion for premium desserts and an understanding of the Arabic sweets market is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
