- Source and procure raw materials, components, and packaging for fan and home appliance production.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with local and international suppliers.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels by coordinating with warehouse and production teams.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure materials meet required quality standards.
- Process purchase orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships for reliable and cost-effective sourcing.
- Analyse market trends and procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, documentation standards, and audit requirements.
- Support new product development by sourcing new parts and evaluating supplier capabilities.
