We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our sales team. The Sales Officer will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong passion for customer service and sales growth.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, networking, and market visits.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management.
• Maintain regular communication with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate and explain products/services to clients, highlighting key benefits and features.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports, market feedback, and customer data to the sales manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in [insert industry, e.g., FMCG, cables, electronics].
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and local language.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate deals and close sales effectively.
• Willingness to travel for client visits, fieldwork, and business meetings as required.
