Advice and Guidance: Provide advice to building owners, developers, architects, builders, and the public on building regulations and best practices.

Enforcement: Take necessary enforcement actions, such as issuing notices or pursuing legal action, when non-compliance with regulations is identified.

Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of building projects, inspections, and enforcement actions.

Dangerous Structure Assessment : Inspect and assess potentially dangerous buildings to determine the extent of structural issues and recommend necessary actions.

Completion Certificates : Issue completion certificates once building projects are completed and found to be in compliance with regulations.
