We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive with proven experience in selling plots within housing societies, farmhouses, or commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate should possess a strong network, excellent interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process in the property sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell residential and commercial plots in our ongoing real estate project(s).

• Generate leads through various channels including digital platforms, property expos, and personal network.

• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups to close sales.

• Maintain knowledge of real estate laws, project approvals (NOC), and market pricing.

• Prepare and present project presentations and documentation to clients.

• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets with strategic planning.

• Coordinate with the marketing team to align on promotional strategies.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in plot or project sales.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

• Familiarity with property portals like Zameen.com, Graana, OLX Property, etc.

• Must possess own conveyance (for field visits).

• Knowledge of real estate market trends in Karachi/Hyderabad/Sindh will be a strong advantage.

• Salary: Base Salary + Attractive Commission (Performance-based incentives)
