Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned Manager Sales & Marketing to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales teams, developing marketing campaigns and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

2. Team Management: Manage and lead sales teams, providing guidance, support and coaching to ensure team success.

3. Marketing Campaigns: Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote products/services and build brand awareness.

4. Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders and partners.

5. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities and challenges.

6. Sales Forecasting: Develop and manage sales forecasts, and provide regular sales performance reports.

Requirements:

1. Qualifications: MBA (Marketing) or equivalent, with a strong background in sales and marketing.

2. Experience: Minimum 10-12 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.

3. Skills:

- Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

4. Personal Qualities:

- Results-driven and target-oriented.

- Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering results.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
