Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Assistant Manager / Executive - Business Development & Co-ordination to develop and implement business development strategies, identify new business opportunities and co-ordinate with various stakeholders to drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities and co-ordinating with internal teams to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development: Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.

2. New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop proposals and pitches to win new business.

3. Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure client satisfaction and retention.

4. Co-ordination: Co-ordinate with internal teams, including sales, marketing and operations, to deliver results and achieve business objectives.

5. Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.

6. Reporting: Provide regular reports on business development progress, and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

1. Qualifications: MBA (Marketing/Business Development) or equivalent, with a strong background in business development.

2. Experience: Minimum 8-12 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, with at least 3-4 years in a supervisory or executive role.

3. Skills:


  1. Strong knowledge of business development principles, strategies and best practices.
  2. Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  3. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
