We are looking for a Manager Stores and Warehouse to manage the receipt, storage and dispatch of goods, materials and products. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective stores and warehouse operations, managing inventory levels and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Stores and Warehouse Operations: Oversee the receipt, storage and dispatch of goods, materials and products.
2. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, track stock movements and optimize storage capacity.
3. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of inventory, including stock levels, receipts and dispatches.
4. Team Management: Manage and lead a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure team success.
5. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
6. Reporting: Provide regular reports on stores and warehouse operations, including inventory levels and stock movements.
Requirements:
1. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or equivalent with a strong background in stores and warehouse management.
2. Experience: Minimum 8-12 years of experience in stores and warehouse management, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
3. Skills:
Strong knowledge of stores and warehouse operations, inventory management and logistics.
Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
