We are seeking a capable and well-organized Assistant Director Admin to support and enhance the effectiveness of our administrative functions. This position involves managing day-to-day operations, coordinating with departments, ensuring adherence to company policies, and contributing to a secure, wellmaintained, and productive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee general administrative operations, facilities, and office management
• Ensure smooth coordination among departments for resource planning and operational needs
• Supervise administrative staff and manage schedules, assignments, and logistics
• Maintain records, contracts, and official documentation in accordance with internal policies
• Monitor procurement, inventory, maintenance, and utility functions
• Implement and enforce compliance with company policies and procedures
• Manage travel arrangements, company events, and meeting logistics
• Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and cost-effectiveness
• Support health & safety protocols and ensure workplace standards are upheld
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• 10 years of relevant experience in administrative or operational management roles
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
