To ensure the safety, security, and compliance of the personalization center’s physical infrastructure, personnel, and sensitive data and materials in accordance with industry security standards (e.g., PCI-CP, ISO 27001, Visa/Mastercard security requirements).

Key Responsibilities:

• Access Control & Surveillance
  • Monitor and control access to restricted zones such as vaults, production areas, and card storage rooms.
  • Operate and maintain CCTV, biometric readers, and alarm systems.
  • Maintain logs of all physical entries and exits in secure zones.
• Compliance & Auditing
  • Ensure compliance with card scheme requirements (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) and local regulatory standards for physical security.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing physical security records, logs, and reports.
  • Perform regular security risk assessments and gap analysis.
• Security Operations
  • Conduct regular patrols of the facility to identify and report any suspicious activity or breaches.
  • Manage security for the loading and unloading of sensitive materials (e.g., chip cards, foils, PIN mailers).
  • Respond to security incidents, alarms, or emergencies and document findings.
• Policy & Procedure Enforcement
  • Enforce security policies, including visitor protocols, badge usage, material handling, and clean desk policies.
  • Train personnel on physical security awareness and protocols.
• Security Infrastructure Management
  • Oversee the maintenance and effectiveness of physical barriers, locks, safes, and monitoring systems.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for service and upgrades to security equipment.
