Job Description: |
We are seeking enthusiastic Call Center Representatives to join our Admissions Department of Lords Law College & Lords College of Pharmacy. You will be the first point of contact for prospective students, providing information and assistance throughout the admissions process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and their families.
- Provide accurate information about admission requirements and college programs.
- Assist applicants with the online application process.
- Maintain call logs and update applicant information in the admissions database.
- Follow up with prospective students to ensure a smooth admissions process.
Requirement:
- Experience in a call center or customer service role is desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using computer systems, including MS Office
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.
