Responsibilities:
- Must have a book of bussiness with 10 to 15 regular customers.
- Coordinate shipments between shippers and carrires.
- Build and maintain strong relation with customers,carriers and shippers
- Handle shipment related inquiries and resolve issues.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with american and canadian clients.
