We\\\'re seeking an experienced React.js Frontend Developer to lead the design and development of our core web applications. In this role, you’ll take ownership of frontend architecture, develop scalable UI components, and collaborate across engineering and product teams. You’ll bring clarity and speed to complex logistics workflows through clean, modern interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement frontend systems using React.js

• Build and maintain reusable components, hooks, and design systems

• Translate complex backend data into user-friendly interfaces

• Work closely with product and UX teams to deliver intuitive, responsive designs

• Ensure high performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices

• Integrate with REST APIs and contribute to data interface planning

• Mentor junior engineers and lead code reviews

• Proactively improve frontend infrastructure and tooling

• Debug and resolve frontend issues in a timely and structured manner

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development with React.js

• Deep understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3

• Experience with state management libraries like Redux or Zustand

• Strong grasp of component-based architecture and frontend design patterns

• Familiarity with REST APIs, async data handling, and performance tuning

• Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows

• Ability to lead initiatives independently and own feature delivery

• Excellent communication and collaboration in remote environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building admin dashboards, data tables, or logistics interfaces

• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS, Figma, or design systems

• Understanding of automated testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)

• Exposure to Laravel-based backends or full-stack environments

• Knowledge of mapping tools (e.g., Mapbox, Leaflet) is a plus
