| Job Description: |
- Maintain cranes, hoist, and conductor lines in good/original condition.
- Inspection, Installation & Maintenance of cranes, hoists, runners, rail tack and conductor lines.
- To assist for implementation of crane management system.
- Timely resolve routine crane complains to avoid cranes downtimes
- Regular inspection of cranes to ensure safe working.
- Quarterly maintenance of cranes as per approved schedule
- Maintain complain log in daily shift report.
- SAG Testing of cranes.
- Maintain crane spares to avoid downtimes.
- Ensure safe fitting of hoists, motors, covers, wire rope and other parts to avoid accidents.
- Ensure proper alignment of new runners, rail & cranes.
- Ensure proper housekeeping of department and spare room.
- Follow safety precautions and wear PPEs during working.
- Train apprentices for crane maintenance.
