| Job Description: |
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Export Officer to manage and coordinate the export process, ensure timely shipments, and maintain excellent relationships with international clients and shipping companies.
- Prepare and process export documentation as per international regulations.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery.
- Handle customer correspondence and respond to inquiries from international clients.
- Ensure compliance with all export laws and regulations.
- Track shipments and update customers on the shipping status.
- Maintain export records and prepare monthly export reports.
- Liaise with banks for documentation related to Letters of Credit (LC).
