We are looking for an energetic and motivated HR Executive to join our team and help build a strong talent foundation for our company.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.

• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

• Assist in onboarding, orientation, and training of new hires.

• Support the HR department with daily administrative tasks and special projects.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Assist in managing staff inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related topics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\\\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in HR or related role (Fresh graduates may also apply).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with integrity.

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
