We are looking for a highly experienced DAE Civil/B-Tech Civil Engineer with over 10 years of progressiveexperience in the construction of buildings and structures. The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of structural drawings, site execution practices, and bar bending schedules, with the ability to lead site teams independently, ensure compliance with quality standards, and drive project progress efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision & Execution:

• Independently manage civil construction activities at building project sites.
• Execute layout marking according to architectural and structural drawings.
• Supervise formwork, steel fixing, and concrete pouring activities.
• Strong experience in finishing works, including plastering, tile work, paint, ceiling, woodwork, and fixture installations.
• Ensure timely completion of civil milestones in coordination with the master schedule.

Technical Proficiency:

• Prepare, review, and verify Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) accurately.
• Cross-check reinforcement placement and shuttering before concrete works.
• Interpret and implement drawings (structural, architectural, MEP interface) with precision.
• Ensure execution aligns with engineering specifications and approved BOQs.

Team & Resource Management:

• Manage skilled and unskilled site workforce, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Guide foremen and site supervisors in daily planning and execution.
• Monitor resource utilization and report shortages proactively.

Quality Assurance & Compliance:

• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Implement corrective measures to avoid rework and material wastage.
• Maintain and update daily site logs, inspection records, and progress reports.

Coordination & Communication:

• Liaise with structural engineers, consultants, and client representatives.
• Attend site meetings and provide updates on progress, delays, and risk areas.
• Assist in material take-offs and raise requisitions as per construction schedule.

Safety & Regulations:

• Enforce strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies.
• Report and mitigate site hazards and unsafe practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: 3-Year Diploma in Civil Engineering (DAE Civil) from a recognized institute. or B-Tech Civil from a recognized institute
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in multi-storey building construction.
• Strong expertise in layout execution, BBS preparation, and structural coordination.
• Familiarity with site management tools, levels, total station (preferred), and construction instruments.
• Knowledge of construction codes and local regulatory guidelines.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, AutoCAD, or equivalent)
• Excellent command of project documentation and reporting.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
