We are hiring a motivated and technically skilled Equipment Operator to work on machines involved in the production of fiber optic or electrical cables. The ideal candidate should have a technical background, basic computer skills, and a good understanding of English to follow instructions and operate the equipment effectively.

Responsibilities:

•  Operate cable production machinery as per operational procedures and safety standards.
• Monitor production quality and adjust machine settings when necessary.
•   Perform basic troubleshooting and minor maintenance of equipment.
•  Use computer systems to record machine data and production output.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment at all times.

Requirements:

•  DAE (Mechanical) Diploma holder preferred.
•  2 Years experience working on cable production machinery or in a factory environment is a plus
• Basic understanding of English (for reading work instructions and safety signs).
• Basic computer knowledge to assist in data entry and machine system updates.
• Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and willingness to learn.
