We are looking for a Technical Officer with strong technical expertise and field experience to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring efficient handling of warranty and claim cases related to our energy products, primarily batteries, solar systems, and UPS systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect batteries and related components returned under warranty claims.

• Perform physical battery analysis, including cutting and internal component assessment.

• Prepare detailed inspection and technical analysis reports.

• Visit dealers/customers for on-site claim inspections.

• Identify root causes of failure and recommend preventive measures.

• Maintain proper documentation of each case and submit monthly reports.

• Coordinate with the quality and technical teams for continuous improvement feedback.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Electronics or Electrical.

• Strong technical knowledge of batteries, solar power systems, and UPS.

• Hands-on experience in battery inspection and diagnostic procedures.

• Familiarity with safety protocols and quality control standards.

• Excellent reporting and analytical skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Willingness to travel for dealer/customer site visits.
