| Job Description: |
To ensure efficient operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of mechanical systems and equipment used in pharmaceutical manufacturing, while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards (GMP, FDA, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, install, and maintain mechanical systems in pharmaceutical production areas.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues in processing, packaging, HVAC, and utility systems (e.g., compressed air, chilled water, steam).
- Ensure all equipment complies with GMP, safety, and quality standards.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Participate in equipment validation, qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), and documentation.
- Support facility expansion and improvement projects.
- Collaborate with QA, production, and maintenance teams for technical support.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance and engineering activities.
